Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for drinks once delivered, in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
However, if your order is damaged, incorrect, or defective upon delivery, we are committed to resolving the issue.
